When the injury or illness is urgent, but not life threatening*, DMH Express Care is the care you need. The clinics are staffed by board-certified physicians and assisted by a team of support staff. All Express Care facilities offer on-site laboratory and x-ray, and accept most major insurance plans. All locations offer kindergarten, sixth grade and ninth grade state-required school physicals. No appointment necessary. *For very serious or life-threatening problems, use DMH Emergency Care Center.

Physicals: camp physicals, school physicals, sport physicals, work physicals
State required school physicals for kindergarten, sixth grade and ninth grade. May be covered by insurance. If not, payment due at time of service. Sport physicals for all grade levels. Students from any school are welcome.

Procedures: minor laceration repairs, ingrown toenail removal, treatment of warts, foreign body removals, drainage of boils

FREE walk in service for blood pressure checks.

Onsite RAPID laboratory testing available: blood sugar, hemoglobin, test for strep: throat infections, test for mono: infections, influenza A and B, pregnancy test – urine, urine testing for bladder infections, TB testing for physicials, drug screens – both rapid and send outs, breath alcohol testing

Nursing Services: lab draws and urine collections, lab draws for work biometrics affiliated with DMH, immunizations,- flu and tetanus
